Bella Noelle jewelry began with one design that has infinite possibilities. The company's symbol--the spiral--is an ancient spiritual icon representing life in all its cycles, sacred geometry, and the fine balance found in the creations of the universe. Representing infinity, continuity, balance, and metamorphosis, the spiral is a magical symbol encompassing many intentions in a simple design.

The company's name, Bella Noelle, was derived from the founder's daughter's French-derived middle name, Noelle, and Bella, meaning beautiful in Italian, a tribute to the family's heritage.

Bella Noelle jewelry began with a ring design infused with the mystical energy of gemstones and colorful crystal beads. Just like tying string to a finger in order to remember something important, a Bella Noelle ring worn on the power hand is a great reminder of one's intentions. Mix and match gemstones and crystals in different designs to create jewelry that fits your individuality. The possibilities are the same as Bella Noelle's spiral logo--infinite!

When ordering from Bella Noelle, we strive to package and ship your order as soon as possible, however, each order is hand-crafted with care. Please expect your order to begin processing within 1-3 business days, and ship 1-2 weeks after the order has been placed. Orders are sent USPS Priority Mail from Rhode Island and will arrive 2-4 days after shipment, depending on where you live. International orders are not eligible for the flat $5.00 shipping fee and delivery times will vary.

After placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation in a timely manner, please contact us at orders@bellanoellejewelry.com. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with USPS Tracking information.

Packaging:
We package every order to the best of our ability to ensure the safety of your jewelry. If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bellanoellejewelry.com.

Return Policy:
Our goal is to provide the highest quality products possible, and we hope that everyone who orders from Bella Noelle is more than satisfied with their purchase. If, however, an item is unsatisfactory, we will be more than happy to issue a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. A refund will only be issued to qualifying products returned to us (at the buyer's expense) in the same condition in which they were shipped.

Our return policy applies only to our collections. We're sorry, but we cannot offer a return on custom pieces, so please keep that in mind while placing your order. If we have made a mistake on a custom order, we will send you a corrected replacement once the original has been sent back to us, at our expense.

Before returning an item, please contact us at sales@bellanoellejewelry.com for return authorization. Items returned without this authorization may not be accepted.

Repairs:
We're happy to repair jewelry up to six (6) months after purchase that has broken due to normal wear and tear (on your honor!). Just email us at support@bellanoellejewelry.com for authorization, then ship the package to us (at your expense). We'll repair and ship back to you (at our expense). Some stones/crystals may no longer be available at the time of the repair. If this is the case, we'll discuss a comparable replacement.

Wrong Order:
If you happen to receive the wrong item(s) with your order, please contact us at orders@bellanoellejewelry.com as soon as possible to make arrangements to receive the correct items.

Please contact us at orders@bellanoelle.com. Please be specific with your question and remember to include your contact information in order to ensure a timely response. If possible, please include your order confirmation.

We do our best to answer all emails within 24 business hours. If you need to cancel/adjust an order, please do so as soon as possible after placing the order to increase the chances that the order has not been processed.

We hand-craft our jewelry with the finest materials, including Argentium silver wire, Swarovski crystals, and genuine gemstone beads. Argentium silver is resistant to tarnishing, yet may tarnish over time. Cleaning the jewelry with a polishing cloth regularly should minimize this issue. Beads and crystals can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush or polishing cloth. Take care to only use polish made especially for cleaning silver.

To keep your jewelry looking new, please remove before bathing, swimming and cleaning, and avoid contact with hairsprays, perfumes and other cosmetics. Take care not to snag jewelry on clothing and other materials. Most rings are slightly adjustable--gently bend the wire to fit your finger for a personalized, comfortable fit. Some of the spotlight beads may spin--this is normal as the size of the bead holes varies slightly. The small silver end beads on either side of the spotlight bead act as security and should remain in place. Certain gemstones vary in color and texture and may appear differently on your jewelry than what is pictured on the website. Please review our Gemstones Page to see which stones vary the most.
